After my first detox three years ago, I’ve been on a detox every couple of months. Each session lasts about a week before I’m done, and in another five or six weeks I get started on another one. My doc says I have never been healthier.

You consume more food than your body needs all the time. I don’t know what it is that makes the mind and body work that way; but I know what it is that can get you healthy again in no time. It’s called detox diet.

Detoxing, some people argue, is better than working out. If you ask me, I don’t think there’s much of a difference between the two. Both are meant to make you feel better about yourself. You could do them both for all I care, just love yourself more and be happy.

How do you choose the best detox program? You don’t. You start up on one, anyone, and get to the end of it. If you didn’t like it, you do another one next time around. But please, do not stop a program halfway through; it’s a nasty habit.
