You are simply far better focusing on all the times you have avoided temptation and stuck to your diet, which will make you feel good and encourage you to stick to it.

* What causes you to binge and how to avoid it

If you did binge, try and understand what caused it. Were you upset after a long day at work or after a fight with your significant other? Women can often turn to food as a source of comfort.
